By downloading or using Chinese Glance ("the app") you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your use of the app where these terms are silent.
1. License
The app is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control.
2. Subscriptions
Premium is an auto-renewable subscription billed to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
3. Content
Vocabulary, example sentences, audio and readings are provided for learning purposes. We aim for accuracy but make no guarantee that content is error-free.
4. Your data
Your progress is stored on your device. You are responsible for backups (Settings → Your data → Export inside the app).
5. Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its content.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
